This section reflects on the two years of organizational leadership courses I completed at Gonzaga University. These courses included four core courses, five electives, and a capstone course. I selected four servant leadership concentration courses as electives as well as a course entitled Psychology of Leadership. During this time, I wrote and rewrote my leadership philosophy based on the insights gained during the coursework. The reference section provides a list of books, movies and other materials studied during the program.
